All products distributed by SONHAI Auto are eligible for exchange, return, or refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, without scratches, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

Warranty Service Hours:

  • Afternoon: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM
  • Available on weekdays, excluding holidays and Sundays.

Conditions for Warranty:

  • Products have a warranty period between 3-12 months, as agreed upon by the customer and Thành Dũng Auto.
  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days.
  • Covers manufacturer’s hardware defects.
  • Products are warranted according to the manufacturer’s policies.
  • Please present your warranty card when requesting service.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty or Return Policy:

  • The warranty period as stated on the warranty label and warranty card has expired.
  • Warranty card, warranty label, or serial number is torn, overlaid, altered, or unidentifiable.
  • Products that have been removed from their box, deformed, scratched, or dented due to drops or impact.
  • Products that have been installed or show signs of moisture damage.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to the warranty center.
  • After the warranty period ends, repair costs will be supported at a preferential rate.

Product Replacement Policy: To protect consumer rights and enhance post-sale service quality, we offer a replacement with a new product of the same type if an irreparable issue occurs due to a manufacturing defect. A product is eligible for replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased within 7 days from the sale date. For online purchases, the period starts from the date of receipt.
  • The product is not damaged, deformed, and meets all conditions for warranty and return.
  • The returned product must have intact packaging, including the box, foam, all included accessories, and promotional gifts (if applicable).

Cases Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:

  • Customers request to change the product type or model.
  • Damage is caused by user handling.
  • Cosmetic defects (scratches, dents, chips, broken parts, torn labels) are not accepted once the product leaves the store.

Note: Please check the product carefully before purchase. Products once sold are not taken back, with no exceptions, to ensure all customers receive brand-new items.
