After placing an order, SONHAI Auto will contact you to confirm the specific delivery time and location.
Delivery will be carried out through one of the following methods:
Express delivery through shipping services (air freight, Viettel Post, Giao Hang Nhanh, Giao Hang Tiet Kiem, postal services, etc.).
Transportation via freight services (by bus or transport company) for bulky items or when urgent delivery is required.
Orders received after 6:00 PM will be shipped to the customer on the following day.
Delivery and installation times depend on the shipping service’s schedule, except for orders within Hanoi city limits, which can be delivered on the same day.
Note:
Customers are allowed to inspect the goods before payment.
All products distributed by SONHAI Auto can be exchanged, returned, or refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are intact, without scratches, unassembled, and with original tags and packaging.
